|Extra charges other than product prices||Shippnig fees, import duties and taxes are NOT includded in product prices shown on our online shop.
Those addiitonal charges are on your responsibility.
Shipping fees are calcurated automatically depending on your order volume when you check out.
For your import duties and taxes, it depends on each country's import customs regulations.
We suggest you check with yoru country's customs office about those additional costs and import regulations before you make a purschse on our online shop.
Please be informed any customs trouble/problem at the destination is beyond our responsiblity and we are unable to take care of any cost due to the cusotms trouble/problem.
|Payment||Payment must be made in advance by PayPal or credit card when you place an order.
Your order is reserved with your full advanced payment by PayPal or credit card.
|Return and Reaplcement,
|Please make sure to inspect carefully if there is any visible external damage or not on your parcel before you receive from the delivery agent.
If there is, please report immediately to us with a receipt or proof of your purchase and also pictures of your externally damaged parcel.
Our products are very fragile. Please handle with care. Please open your parcel gently.
For any damaged or broken model, part, basement or package materials caused by you, we are afraid they are out of our return and refund/replacement policy.
In case you find major initial defects that are obviously caused by our side (such as completely broken or wrong item delivered), please make a report to us with a receipt or proof of your purchase and pictures of your parcel and product.
Your report along with photos and purchase proof or receipt must be received by us within 5 days after the parcel is received by you.
*For models purchased through retail stores, ebay or any other distributor or sales channel other than our online shop "ig-model.online", please contact the seller directly.
If your report come to us after 5 days of your purchase, we are afraid any return and replacement/refund is not guaranteed.
We will investigate your defective case according to your report and let you know if a replacement or refund(partially or fully) is available for your case.
To be eligible for replacement or refund, your purchased product must be returned to us
- in unused condition
- in the same condition that you received it
- in the original packaging.
*Please note our models are hand made scale model cars for display purpose with basement.
In case the model is taken out from our basement, our after sales servive including return, replacement and refund would be unavaiable.
*If your delivery address is a forwarding agent, any problem/trouble is beyond our responsiblity after we complete our delivery to your forwarding agent.
The return shipping fees (based on the standard postal service charges) are paid by us in case your defectives are obviously caused by our fault such as
- the parcel is delivered by our delivery agent (not your forwading agent if your delivery address is a forwarding agent) with no obvious external damages but the product inside is completely broken.
- a wrong item is delivered.
Otherwie the return shipping fees are on your reponsiblity.
Please take note our products are handmade resin scale models. Our production process might produce some amount of minor variations in , such as, the position of small parts like decals, door mirrors, spoiler and also the evenness of painting or coating, tiny scars by our final polishing process.
Those minor differences are not considered as defects and we are afraid they are beyond our return and replacement/refund policy. Your return, replacement/refund request because of those minor differences are unacceptable.
No exchange/full refund will be permitted if the parts can be easily replaced/glued back (decals, window panes, antennas, wing, canards…).
We provide extra parts -free of charge- if you received your model with a broken or missing part as described above.
However our parts inventory is limited so we will only be able to provide parts within 6 months of the purchasing date of the model.
|In case the parcel is returned to our facility||The parcel might be returned to our facility in case it is not collected by you for any reason within time that the delivrey agent can keep at their place/customs. In that case, any refund or re-shipping without paying all additional cost is not available.|
|Quantity you can purchase||Our products are avaialble until the stock lasts. In case your ordered products are out of stock, we will notify you by call or e-mail.
For some items, the quantity you can purchase limits to 1-2pc per customer. Thank you for understanding.
|Delivery||For items that are avaialble in stock, your order is to be shipped from our place withitn 7 workding days after your order is confirmed by us, unless otherwise mentioned on the order web page.
The delivrey fee is calculated and shown to you before your check out and pay.
