The “RX-7 (FD3S)” driven by Keisuke Takahashi in the manga series “Initial D,” faithfully reproduced in 1/18 scale.
Fitted with SSR Type-C-style 18-inch wheels (bronze) and a lowered stance.
Key features include RE Amemiya-style aero parts (front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper), GT wing, large-diameter muffler, aero mirrors, bucket seat, rear roll bar, and dedicated steering wheel. Based on 3D scanning of the actual vehicle, the model has been thoroughly reviewed to replicate the manga version of the “RX-7 (FD3S)” down to the smallest detail, with final approval from the rights holder.
A same-scale figure of the car owner, Keisuke Takahashi, is included. This time, the figure comes with a fresh new look - yellow short-sleeve shirt with denim jeans and black shoes - featuring different clothing from the previous release.
A model with a physique similar to Keisuke’s was 3D scanned, and the facial features were sculpted from scratch based on his manga appearance. Each figure is hand-painted by professional modelers. The package includes a special printed backdrop featuring a memorable manga scene.
